Les Aiguades is located on the Mediterranean Sea and it is in the 12th place out of 11 beaches in the Bejaia region 3.8 km away from its center, the city of Bejaia. It is one of the beaches of Gouraya settlement, just 1.8 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains.

It is a small several bays coastline with crystal turquoise water and rocks cover, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.
