Jinna Beach is located on the Bay of Bengal (part of Indian ocean) and it is in the 22th place out of 235 beaches in the Sri Lanka region 215.3 km away from its center, the city of Colombo. It is one of the beaches of Chenkaladhi EP settlement, just 7 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a long lasting coastline with crystal turquoise water and pure bright fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

Jinna Beach coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. There is also possible to take different water activities such as catamarans or jet skis.

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities.

This beach is easily accessible, it is located very close to road. Parking is located directly on the beach.

Jinna Beach is located in Sri Lanka within Chenkaladhi EP, which makes it not only easily accessible, but even popular among tourists. However, during the high season it is quite uncrowded, which allows you to spend a comfortable time on the coast.
