Porticcio Beach is located on the Mediterranean Sea and it is in the 23th place out of 255 beaches in the South Corsica region 6.4 km away from its center, the city of Ajaccio. It is one of the beaches of Porticcio settlement, just 0.8 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area with very picturesque views, among the mountains.
It is a spacious bay with crystal turquoise water and pure bright fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is quite sharp. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.
