Ag. Dimitrios beach is located on the Aegean Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 327th place out of 398 beaches in the Northern Aegean region 143.9 km away from its center, the city of Mytilene. It is one of the beaches of Agios Efstratios settlement, just 2.3 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place, surrounded by the cliffs. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a small bay with crystal blue water and gray sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, hikers etc. It is almost deserted place even during the high season. The beach stretches on the coast of the Ag. Efstratios island, but accessing the beach requires traversing some distance on foot.
