Kiwi beach II is located on the Tyrrhenian Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 79th place out of 377 beaches in the Sicily region 13 km away from its center, the city of Palermo. It is one of the beaches of Capaci settlement, just 1.8 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains.
It is a long lasting coastline with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, families with children, seniors etc. It is very crowded place during the season.
Despite the fact that a significant part of the beach is occupied by resorts, there is still a fairly large area with free access. The beach facilities are only available to visitors of resort area. Their list includes, loungers and umbrellas, beach restaurant, changing rooms, showers, toilets. There is also possible to take different water activities such as catamarans or jet skis. During the season this beach line is supervised by a lifeguard.
