Members Beach is located on the Caribbean Sea (part of South Atlantic Ocean) and it is in the 20th place out of 105 beaches in the Jamaica region 84 km away from its center, the city of Kingston. It is one of the beaches of Discovery Bay settlement, just 0.3 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.
It is a spacious coastline with crystal turquoise water and pure bright fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, families with children, seniors etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.
Members Beach is fully occupied by beach clubs with restricted entrance. The beach facilities are only available to visitors of resort area. Their list includes, loungers and umbrellas, beach restaurant, changing rooms, showers, toilets, sea pool. This area has also a water park in the sea with various inflatable toys which constitute excellent activities for parents and children. During the season this beach line is supervised by a lifeguard.
