Carnikava beach is located on the Baltic Sea and it is in the 12th place out of 62 beaches in the Latvia region 22.8 km away from its center, the city of Riga. It is one of the beaches of Celaji settlement, just 2 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place.

It is a long lasting coastline with blue water and pure bright fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. "This beach is truly incredible no matter the season. The scenery is stunning and the nearby forest is an added bonus. Despite visiting in October during windy and rainy weather, we still had a wonderful time walking along the beach and taking in the sea. It doesn't seem to get too crowded here, so I highly recommend visiting to enjoy the natural beauty and fresh air."
