Fonollera Beach (Girona) region (Costa Brava sub-region) is located outside the la Pletera settlement, which may cause some difficulties for travelers who stay far from the coast. "The perfect spot for a getaway! The sand is thick and the water is so clean you can see right through it. We had a great time at the Siroco chiringuito, where the Italian chef served up some of the best pasta we've ever had. The squid and mussels were so fresh and tasty, it was hard to resist. Highly recommended!"
