Playa del Alamillo is located on the Mediterranean Sea and it is in the 31th place out of 141 beaches in the Murcia region 47.3 km away from its center, the city of Murcia. It is one of the beaches of Isla Plana settlement, just 3.3 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area.

It is a long bay with blue water and brown sand & rocks cover, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

Playa del Alamillo coast is free for all. This beach has the following amenities, beach restaurant, showers. This area has also a water park in the sea with various inflatable toys which constitute excellent activities for parents and children. During the season this beach line is supervised by a lifeguard.

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities.
