Gjiri i Shen beach is located on the Adriatic Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 18th place out of 87 beaches in the Vlorë region The beach is located in an urban area with very picturesque views, among the mountains.
It is a spacious bay with crystal turquoise water and light pebble, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The entrance to the water is quite sharp. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.
A significant part of the beach is occupied by beach clubs with limited access The beach facilities are only available to visitors of resort area.
