"Pretty decent pier out in St. Andrew's park that has gold views of Panama City Beach and the other westward towns along the gulf coast. Unfortunately dogs are not allowed on the pier, and when we went the very end of the pier was closed off. Still, it is nice to stand out above the water and watch the surf roll in with the clear blue waters."
