This beach is truly breathtaking! It perfectly blends in with the natural surroundings of Astypalea. However, be cautious when accessing it as the path can be challenging to navigate. The dirt road is often bumpy and rocky, with steep inclines and declines. The water is simply divine, and you must bring a snorkeling mask to fully appreciate it. Keep in mind that the sand can get quite hot, so it's best to wear flip flops when walking on the shore. Additionally, there are two tavernas available on the beach for your convenience.

This beach is definitely worth a visit and is considered one of the best on Astypalea. It's about a 25-minute drive from Chora, but the last 12 minutes are on a dirt road. However, the stunning landscape of the dry Aegean Sea mountains makes up for the inconvenience. The beach is spacious and shaded by some trees, and the water is crystal clear and gorgeous.
