Upon visiting the beach, I was underwhelmed by the experience. The prices for basic amenities such as a can of Coke and a sun chair were steep, with a 330ml can costing 7 Lei (equivalent to 1.5€) and a sun chair priced at 20 Lei (equivalent to 4.5€). However, the beach itself was tidy and the staff were amicable, regularly cleaning up any litter. Despite this, the sand was littered with sea shells, detracting from the overall ambiance. Ultimately, I found the beach to be average and lacking in any unique features that would entice me to return.

This shoreline possesses all the necessary elements for an outstanding beach experience, but unfortunately, it has been overrun by commercialization, which has transformed the public space into a mandatory rental of beach chairs. The Romanian Riviera is plagued with exorbitant prices and a lack of regard for customer satisfaction. The once-charming locale is now plagued with unkempt beaches and unsightly streets, with children begging for money and blaring music that is both inappropriate and obnoxious. Prices are merely a suggestion, as evidenced by the fruit stand where I was taken advantage of by a deceitful salesperson who overcharged me. It's no wonder why even Romanians prefer to visit Bulgarian or Greek beaches instead.

The beach is an excellent spot to unwind, with reasonable prices. However, the music can be quite loud at times, so if you're seeking tranquility, this may not be the ideal location for you.

The beach is stunning, but unfortunately, we visited at the end of May and it was still quite chilly and windy. The water was too cold to swim in and even under the sun, we felt freezing. Additionally, during our visit in the last week of May, it was difficult to locate a restroom. Finding a clean public restroom is always a challenge when visiting tourist destinations in Romania. The conditions were so dirty that it was hard to even breathe upon entering.
