It's highly recommended to bring a GoPro with a waterproof case to capture the incredible underwater sights. This place truly lives up to its reputation and is worth a visit. However, it's important to note that parking is limited, so it's advisable to arrive early.
This charming beach is an ideal location for surfing enthusiasts, although the snorkeling experience may not be as impressive. However, towards the end of the day, you can often spot turtles swimming in the crystal-clear waters. Locally known as S-Turns, this area is perfect for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing getaway. During our visit, we were lucky enough to witness a magnificent whale swimming just 200 yards away from the shore.
This beach is conveniently located near the OGG airport, and we were lucky enough to witness whales breaching in the afternoon.
Please note that lifeguards supervise 10 beaches in the island, but you should rely on more than just them, remember the elementary rules, as lifeguards are not on duty around the clock, even on equipped beaches!
