When we hear the word - the beach, in the head arises one established association - sea, sand and relax. But who says the sea has a monopoly on vacation? Often the rivers attract no less than the sea, and in some cases even more tourists than the seaside. Piedras River can be attributed to this.

This beach is a stunning natural site. I gave it one star to remind people that nature is not a garbage dump and we need to be more mindful of our impact. It's disheartening to see photos of wipes and Kleenex scattered among the dunes, it's like treating the beach as a toilet. It's time to stop this behavior.
