When we hear the word - the beach, in the head arises one established association - sea, sand and relax. But who says the sea has a monopoly on vacation? Often the rivers attract no less than the sea, and in some cases even more tourists than the seaside. Rhône River can be attributed to this.

We really enjoy this beach. We have visited multiple times in our motorhome. The facilities are always kept clean and the pitches are a decent size. There is a cafe on site and it's just a short walk over the bridge to the lovely town of Avignon.
