Starigrad III is located on the Adriatic Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 208th place out of 216 beaches in the Zadar region 25.6 km away from its center, the city of Zadar. It is one of the beaches of Starigrad Paklenica settlement, just 1.4 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a tiny several bays coastline with crystal blue water and light pebble, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal.
