Dunas Beach is located on the South Atlantic Ocean (part of Atlantic ocean) and it is in the 25th place out of 375 beaches in the Rio de Janeiro region 121.7 km away from its center, the city of Rio de Janeiro. It is one of the beaches of Cabo Frio settlement, just 1.3 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area with very picturesque views.
It is a long lasting coastline with crystal turquoise water and white fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth.
