If you're lucky enough to catch the sunrise, it can be a beautiful sight. However, it can get quite crowded with mostly pilgrims rather than tourists. For a better view, head to the bridge near the church.
The beach has a fantastic view and a refreshing breeze, but it's extremely crowded and there is a strong smell of urine throughout. Finding a good spot can be challenging since vehicles are not allowed and older individuals may need to walk a bit. The queue for the boat ride is intimidating and it took us two hours and 300 rupees to get on board. Plan to spend a full day for this visit.

Although it can get crowded due to its popularity, the beauty of the sunrise usually outweighs any inconvenience.
We went to the sunrise point in the morning and saw the amazing sunrise. The sky was clear and it's best to arrive at least 20 minutes early to get a good spot to watch the sunrise. There is no admission fee for this open area.
