Pos Chikito - all beaches

The lagoon is stunning and provides a peaceful escape from the busy beaches and towering hotels. The water is crystal clear and shallow, but not ideal for swimming.

This beach is an absolute paradise for kiteboarding enthusiasts. The seclusion of the area is unmatched, making it the perfect spot to catch some wind and ride the waves without any distractions. Additionally, there are charming beach shacks available for use, adding to the overall charm and appeal of the location.

This stunning beach boasts a kitesurfing academy, although we refrained from swimming due to the choppy waters. En route, we made a pit stop here with our trusty 4x4 Jeep, as the dirt and sand roads leading to this locale can be quite uneven. It's the perfect spot to take a breather and marvel at the kite surfers in action.

This place is truly enchanting! The journey by boat to reach the island can be quite thrilling and not recommended for those who get easily scared. I was surprised to see how 25 people could fit in the boat! Also, the flamingos here are incredibly sociable and always seem to pose for the perfect photo opportunity.

The beach was not exactly what we expected as there was an abundance of seaweed scattered around. Despite this, the serene atmosphere was a nice change of pace from the hustle and bustle of crowded beaches. However, swimming may not be the best option unless you are willing to venture further out. On the bright side, if you are a fan of planes, the proximity to the airport provides a unique opportunity to witness inbound flights.

This tranquil seaside spot boasts stunning vistas that are unfortunately marred by the unsightly presence of a nearby industrial facility. Nonetheless, the beach itself offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
