Rajada beach is located on the Pacific ocean and it is in the 102th place out of 233 beaches in the Costa Rica region 217.6 km away from its center, the city of San Jose. It is one of the beaches of Bahia Bolanos settlement, just 0.7 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a spacious bay with turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

Rajada beach coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .

"Beautiful and silent paradise-beach that can easily be reached by car. Camping is also possible here. This beach is family friendly without huge waves. Due to the compact sand-ground a nice place for running too. I highly recommend a visit!"
