Thorup Beach is located on the Skagerrak Sea and it is in the 22th place out of 35 beaches in the North Denmark Region region 49.3 km away from its center, the city of Aalborg. It is one of the beaches of Thorup Strand settlement, just 0.9 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area.

It is a spacious coastline with crystal turquoise water and light sand & pebble cover, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal.
