Kerentza beach is located on the Ionian Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 40th place out of 90 beaches in the Epirus region 58.8 km away from its center, the city of Ioannina. It is one of the beaches of Ammoudia settlement, just 2.7 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a spacious bay with crystal turquoise water and white sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season. Please note that the area nearby is possible for wild camping.

Kerentza beach coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities.
