Saint Georgii beach is located on the Thrace Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 104th place out of 185 beaches in the Thrace region 42.2 km away from its center, the city of Komotini. It is one of the beaches of Makri settlement, just 1.2 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area.
It is a spacious coastline with crystal turquoise water and light sand & pebble cover, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal.
