Arsanas beach II is located on the Thrace Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 159th place out of 185 beaches in the Thrace region 83 km away from its center, the city of Komotini. It is one of the beaches of Thimonia settlement, just 2.9 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place with very picturesque views, among the mountains, surrounded by the cliffs. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a tiny bay with crystal blue water and rocks cover, so it is highly recommended to wear special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, hikers etc. It is almost deserted place even during the high season.
