Paralia Keros is located on the Aegean Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 95th place out of 398 beaches in the Northern Aegean region 136.4 km away from its center, the city of Midilli. It is one of the beaches of Kalliopi settlement, just 2 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place.
It is a long several bays coastline with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.
Despite the fact that a significant part of the beach is occupied by resorts, there is still a fairly large area with free access. The beach facilities are only available to visitors of resort area. Their list includes, loungers and umbrellas, beach restaurant, changing rooms, showers, toilets. This area has also a water park in the sea with various inflatable toys which constitute excellent activities for parents and children.
In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities, sup-surfing. This beach is popular for windsurfing or kiteboarding. There are also some surf spots.
To get to the beach, you need to drive along a dirt road about 2km long. Parking is located directly on the beach.
