Eristos beach is located on the Aegean Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 146th place out of 1022 beaches in the South Aegean region 242.1 km away from its center, the city of Ermoupoli. It is one of the beaches of Megalo Chorio settlement, just 2.5 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place with very picturesque views, among the mountains, surrounded by the cliffs. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.
It is a spacious bay with crystal turquoise water and light sand & pebble cover, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, seniors etc. It is not crowded place during the season. Please note that the area nearby is possible for wild camping.
