Punda beach is located on the Aegean Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 146th place out of 1022 beaches in the South Aegean region 53.8 km away from its center, the city of Ermoupoli. It is one of the beaches of Lonkaras settlement, just 0.5 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.
It is a small bay with crystal turquoise water and pure bright fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal.
