Ammoudi beach is located on the Aegean Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 778th place out of 1022 beaches in the South Aegean region 116 km away from its center, the city of Ermoupoli. It is one of the beaches of Oia settlement, just 0.6 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place, among the mountains, surrounded by the cliffs.
It is a short straight coastline with crystal turquoise water and rocks cover, so it is highly recommended to wear special shoes. The entrance to the water is quite sharp. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.
