Stara Banja is located on the Adriatic Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 19th place out of 29 beaches in the Herceg Novi region 1.9 km away from its center, the city of Herceg Novi. It is one of the beaches of Igalo settlement, just 0.4 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains.
It is a small bay with crystal turquoise water and gray fine pebble, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal.
