It is a spacious coastline with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. "The beach is very nice and spacious. The water is shallow, but pleasantly warm, making it less suitable for swimming. However, it is an ideal spot for a family or group outing. There aren't many stores nearby, so it's advisable to bring snacks and other necessities from home or purchase them in IJburg, which is a 10-minute walk from the beach."
