Gorgona Beach is located on the Pacific ocean and it is in the 6th place out of 15 beaches in the Panama Oeste region 38.3 km away from its center, the city of La Chorrera. It is one of the beaches of Nueva Gorgona settlement, just 1.4 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area.

It is a long lasting coastline with turquoise water and gray sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, seniors etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

Gorgona Beach is fully occupied by beach clubs with restricted entrance. The beach facilities are only available to visitors of resort area. Gorgona Beach is located in Panama Oeste within Nueva Gorgona, which makes it easily accessible and therefore popular among travelers. In the high season this may cause some discomfort, due to the large influx of tourists.

The beach stretches on the sunny coast, within the boundaries of the settlement, it is not difficult to get to it. If your stay is located not far from the beach, you can reach it by walking. In this case you will not be tied to finding parking or to the schedule of public transport. If you are traveling by car just use your navigator. In any case, do not forget about the availability of public transport and taxis.

"After basking in the scorching sun, the water was a welcoming temperature. However, during the early hours of the day, the waves were a bit too turbulent for my liking. As the day progressed, the water became more tranquil. Although it was not as treacherous as the waters of Hawaii, I did experience a tumble. Nonetheless, for some, the waves may not pose a challenge at all."

"The beach is nothing special, with its mundane black and white sand. The waves are mediocre at best, and the water is lukewarm and uninviting. There are only a few average fondas in the vicinity, offering nothing remarkable. I would not recommend this beach to anyone."
