It is one of the beaches of Sao Martinho do Porto settlement, just 0.7 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains.
It is a long bay with blue water and pure bright fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is very crowded place during the season. There is a campsite located nearby.
Sao Martinho do Porto coast is free for all. This beach has the following amenities, beach restaurant, changing rooms, showers, toilets. This area has also a water park in the sea with various inflatable toys which constitute excellent activities for parents and children. During the season this beach line is supervised by a lifeguard.
