Ponizovka beach is located on the Black Sea and it is in the 121th place out of 139 beaches in the Republic of Crimea region 63.4 km away from its center, the city of Simferopol. It is one of the beaches of Ponizovka settlement, just 0.6 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains.

It is a spacious several bays coastline with crystal turquoise water and gray pebble, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The entrance to the water is quite sharp. "Excellent sanatorium. Geographically equidistant from Sevastopol, Yalta, Simferopol. Good food, private beach, clean rooms. We did not use the opportunity as a sanatorium, we came for a short period. The problem is getting through. We didn’t have time to arrive on time for the reservation, not a single phone answered.(("
