Thuan An Beach is located on the South China Sea (part of Pacific ocean) and it is in the 10th place out of 17 beaches in the Thừa Thiên Huế region 12.8 km away from its center, the city of Hue. It is one of the beaches of Phu Mau settlement, just 8.5 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.
