Cat Co 1 Beach is located on the South China Sea (part of Pacific ocean) and it is in the 1th place out of 13 beaches in the Haiphong region 42.3 km away from its center, the city of Hai Phong. It is one of the beaches of Cat Ba settlement, just 0.7 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area with very picturesque views, among the mountains, surrounded by the cliffs.

It is a small bay with crystal turquoise water and pure bright fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, seniors etc. It is very crowded place during the season.

A significant part of the beach has a restricted access. The beach facilities are only available to hotel guests. Their list includes, loungers and umbrellas, beach restaurant, changing rooms, showers, toilets, sea pool. There is also possible to take different water activities such as catamarans or jet skis.

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities, sea kayaking.
