It is one of the beaches of Blanes settlement, just 1.1 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area.

"I took the number 6 bus from Lloret De Mar to the Blanes train station, and then had a pleasant stroll of about a kilometre along the beachfront to the port. If you don't want to walk, you can take the number 1 bus that takes you right to the centre of Blanes. The scenery on the walk was beautiful and made the journey enjoyable."
