Playa Arroyo de la Miel is located on the Alboran Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 28th place out of 92 beaches in the Malaga region 18 km away from its center, the city of Malaga. It is one of the beaches of Arroyo de la Miel settlement, just 1.5 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area.

It is a long several bays coastline with crystal blue water and gray sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is quite sharp. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

"The sea was shallow and the sand was incredibly soft and golden, the views were absolutely stunning. There were toilets nearby and lots of cafes, bars, and shops within close proximity. Even on the 4th of December it was warm enough to spend a few hours at the beach, it was lovely!"

"This beach near Arroyo de la Miel is a beautiful stretch of coastline with lots to do, from sunbathing to swimming to playing with inflatable toys. There are also restaurants and bars nearby. The view is stunning, but the strong tides and high waves can be dangerous, so it's best to be a confident swimmer if you plan to take a dip."
