It is a small bay with crystal turquoise water and bright sand & rocks cover, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. For an extra adventure, take 2 hours to hike up the volcano right next to the beach. Make sure you wear good shoes and bring plenty of water. Don't forget to put on sunscreen and get exploring!"
