"It is making progress in various areas, however, there is a neglect towards the roads, the craters, which has been an ongoing issue, particularly on Rua da Lagoa, Borba Gato, a bustling thoroughfare with vehicles and watercrafts zooming by. I believe it is essential to address the deficiencies on these roads."
