Oxwich Bay beach is located on the Celtic Sea (part of North Atlantic Ocean) and it is in the 2th place out of 11 beaches in the Swansea region The beach is located in a natural place, surrounded by the cliffs.
It is a small bay with crystal blue water and pure bright fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, hikers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.
Oxwich Bay beach coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .
Please note, that this shore has a significant low tide.
In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities.
To get to the beach, you need to walk along a mountain trail about 500m long.
