Cove Bay Beach is located on the The North Sea and it is in the 4th place out of 12 beaches in the Moray region The beach is located in a natural place with very picturesque views, surrounded by the cliffs.
It is a small bay with crystal turquoise water and light sand & pebble cover, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, pet owners etc. It is not crowded place during the season.
Cove Bay Beach coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .

Getting to the beach is quite simple: just take a short walk along the trail. Parking is located at some distance, within 300 meters.

Cove Bay Beach has a light sand and pebble cover. It's very clean, the surface has a mixed fraction. Turquoise and clear water sparkles in the sun. The entrance to the water is sandy, which makes it very comfortable.
For the main activity - sunbathing, there are no sun loungers on the Cove Bay Beach, so you need to take personal items with you and there is no natural shade, so be careful on a hot day.
The entrance to the water is very smooth, the bottom is a bit rocky, so it is recommended to wear aqua shoes. The prevalence of sharks in the area is low.
Cove Bay Beach does not have a wave-protected swimming area, but there are usually no strong waves during the season. The tides are high, so sometimes you have to cross several meters to get to the water.
