Loved it

Playa Puntarenitas

This so-called "beautiful" beach near downtown Puerto Jiménez is nothing to write home about. Sure, you can reach it by boat from Golfito, but why bother? The only thing you'll find here is Puntarenitas, a mediocre spot that's hardly worth the effort. If you're looking for a place to stroll with your loved ones, you could do worse than this stretch of sand, but don't expect anything special. The sand is fine, but so what? And as for the supposed cleanliness of the beach, well, let's just say I've seen cleaner public restrooms.
