Flamingo Beach

Excellent beach, but you need to walk about half an hour from Tamarindo Beach. Definetely recomended!

Brasilito Beach

The path leading to Playa Conchal is currently inaccessible, and it terminates at Brasilito Lodge's parking area. During Easter, a parking spot costs 5,000 colones due to the high volume of visitors. Playa Brasilito, on the other hand, is less crowded and boasts a gentle shoreline, making it ideal for children. However, the waves are not very noticeable, and the current can be hazardous.

Danta Beach

This place is truly stunning. I highly recommend taking a walk along the path to reach Dantita beach. The water is so clear, and the road leading there is in excellent condition.

Punta de Pelencho

The beach was peaceful and secluded, providing a pleasant escape from the usual hustle and bustle. My youngest daughter and I had a great time playing in the waves, while my husband and oldest daughter enjoyed exploring the beach, searching for seashells and tide pools. Although the road leading to the beach was bumpy, we noticed a few cars parked there.

Potrero Beach

This beach is a great option for those seeking a peaceful escape from the crowds. The water may be chilly, but the highlight is definitely the breathtaking sunset views. I would rate it 3 stars overall due to the slightly distant parking area.

Dantita Beach

The beach is absolutely amazing with its pristine white sand and crystal-clear water. What's even better is that it's open to the public for free.
