Grote Knip beach

The beach offers of a velvety and ivory sand, accompanied by a breathtaking azure water. Cliff diving is a thrilling activity that adds to the fun. Snorkeling is decent, but not exceptional. We got there by 9:30 in the morning and it wasn't too crowded yet. However, by 10 o'clock, the beach was teeming with people. If it weren't for the crowd, this place would have been a paradise. Nonetheless, the hustle and bustle of the beach was a tad overwhelming for my liking.

This beach on Curasso is possibly the tiniest of them all, but it holds a secret charm that is hard to resist. Nestled between two rocks, the bay is always tranquil and inviting. The water is a stunning shade of turquoise or deep blue, and the view from above is nothing short of breathtaking. Perched atop one of the cliffs is a restaurant that offers a spectacular vantage point to gaze at the beach below while enjoying a meal. But let's not forget about the underwater world that lies beneath the surface. The variety of marine life here is unparalleled. From the moment you step into the water, you'll be surrounded by fish of all shapes and sizes, in a rainbow of colors. You might even have the incredible luck of encountering a sea turtle, an octopus, or a large ocean fish. The water is warm and inviting, even in March when we visited, with temperatures reaching a balmy 27 degrees Celsius. If you have the opportunity, don't miss out on experiencing this hidden gem of a beach.

Kleine Knip beach

This beach is a true gem! For just $15, you can enjoy the comfort of two chairs and an umbrella for the entire day. While the snorkeling may not meet the expectations of experienced snorkelers, the coral and fish are still healthy and abundant. You can explore both sides of the cliffs for an unforgettable snorkeling experience. The left side boasts slightly more coral, but the visibility is excellent on both sides. Without a doubt, this was the highlight of our visit to Curacao. The natural beauty of this beach is simply breathtaking.

Playa Kalki

This charming little beach has a cozy stretch of sand and is conveniently located near a dive center. While it may not be the ultimate snorkeling destination, it certainly offers a decent experience. It's not the most exceptional, but it's certainly not subpar either.

Playa Jeremi

This charming beach is a hidden gem, known mostly to the locals. Its crystal-clear blue waters are simply breathtaking. However, when the crowds start to gather, finding a parking spot and a spacious spot on the beach can be a challenge. It's always a good idea to bring your own refreshments since there are no food vendors nearby. We kindly remind you to respect the environment and take your trash with you when you leave. It's unfortunate to witness some visitors littering on this pristine beach.

Playa Santa Cruz

This tranquil beach boasts free parking and a shop that offers a range of water sports activities. While there is no restaurant on site, there are ample shaded areas to escape the sun's rays. As I strolled through the parking lot, I noticed a few adorable dogs lounging in the shade behind their owners' vehicles. Other beachgoers seemed to be enjoying petting these friendly pups. Although I did not spot any restrooms, I did see some buildings at the end of the parking lot, though I could not determine if they were accessible. All in all, this is a lovely spot to spend some time.
