I recently visited the beach and found that it has a concrete cover. However, there were some areas that were still under construction, such as unit A61 which was being rented out despite not being fully completed. The stairs were not yet ready and the landscaping was lacking grass. Additionally, the overall level of the beach was not as good as it was last year.
