We arrived here before the busy season, so it's very peaceful and relaxed - perfect for us. The water is crystal clear and pleasantly warm. The locals are very hospitable and friendly. I'm really enjoying it here.

This beach is simply stunning and offers a tranquil escape from the crowds, making the extra distance well worth it. The water is crystal clear and the sand boasts a beautiful golden hue. It's worth noting that there is a nudist area located on the southern end of the beach. Personally, this is my top pick for public beaches in Syros, with the added bonus of an island nearby to swim to and explore.

Agathopes beach

The beach is absolutely beautiful with soft sand and crystal clear turquoise water. The water is quite shallow, making it perfect for swimming and wading. The area is surrounded by cafes and restaurants, providing plenty of options for food and drinks. Sunbeds are available, but they are on the expensive side compared to other beaches on the island.

This beach is truly exceptional and, in my opinion, the finest one on the Island of Syros. The water is shallow and only about three feet deep even when you venture out 30 to 40 meters. The sand is soft and there are hardly any rocks, making it a delight to walk on. Along the beach, there are numerous bars and restaurants, just a stone's throw away. You can rent sunbeds and umbrellas for some shade, and the Blue Harmony Hotel is the perfect place to grab a bite to eat or something to drink - the service is top-notch and the staff is incredibly welcoming. And if you stay until the end of the day, you'll be treated to a breathtaking view of the sunset right in front of you, over the sea. It's truly a sight to behold, as you'll see in the pictures attached. This beach is a must-visit!

One of the best, which is undoubtedly a must-visit destination for beach lovers. My experience there was nothing short of amazing - the tranquil atmosphere, crystal-clear waters, and soft sand made it an unforgettable experience. I was completely enamored with the natural beauty of the beach and the surrounding landscape. It's no wonder why this beach is considered one of the best in Syros. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating escape.
