The shade provided by the trees is a welcome respite from the heat, and the restaurant offers a spectacular view of the surrounding scenery. All in all, this is a delightful spot to spend a relaxing day soaking up the sun and enjoying the natural beauty of the area.

The beach is quite pleasant, however, the water does not meet the standards of cleanliness due to the presence of large vessels in the vicinity.

While it may not be the top (pebble) beach on the island, it is certainly larger than Agia Anna and boasts easy access to crystal-clear water, as well as some natural shade provided by caves and a tree. The real highlight, however, is the stunning sunset that can be enjoyed thanks to its ideal westerly orientation. For those with children, there's even an ancient harbor installation on the right where they can jump off and have some fun. And if you're feeling adventurous, there's even a second beach that can be reached by swimming.

Upon arrival, the sight is truly awe-inspiring: a genuine lagoon with calm, shallow waters that are sheltered from the wind and waves. A handful of boats are anchored nearby, adding to the picturesque scenery. However, the actual beach is somewhat haphazard, and not particularly pleasurable. While the journey to reach this location is certainly enjoyable, when compared to the other superb beaches on the island, it's difficult to recommend.

This beach in Cyclades is definitely one of my favorites. It's a cozy spot nestled under some rocks with a charming church nearby. The black stones in the water create a serene and almost otherworldly atmosphere.

This island has one of the most exceptional beaches, characterized by a unique charm that is hard to resist. The beach is accessible via a 5-minute stair climb, but the effort is worth it. Unlike traditional sandy beaches, this one is covered in smooth pebbles, adding to the natural beauty of the surroundings. The beach is also home to numerous caves that add to the allure of the place. The cherry on top is the lack of strong winds, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere that you won't find anywhere else.

Finding hotels in relative proximity to the beaches is usually fine. Many beaches have enough nearby accommodation, which gives good opportunities to choose the right place to stay.

The hottest month of the island is August - air temperature during this time warms up to 27.1°C and water up to 24°C. The coldest month is January - air temperature drops to 14.6°C and water to 17.6°C.
