This hotel is definitely not deserving of a 5-star rating. The service and conditions are extremely poor for a complex of this caliber. The waiters in the main bar near the restaurant are clearly incapable of handling more than one table. Even when they see that your glass is empty, they simply walk away and ignore you for 30-40 minutes. I had a disagreement with one of them and tried to speak to the manager, but there was no one available. The rooms are relatively clean, but we encountered ants in the bathroom multiple times. Additionally, the furniture is quite old. The sunbeds are dirty and broken, and despite paying for your stay, there is no fence to prevent non-hotel guests from using them for free. I have much more to say, but I cannot recommend this hotel as a 5-star establishment. The service is not worth the money, likely due to the laziness of the Greek staff.

This beach has a straightforward appeal with its salty water and a canteen available. Although it may not have any extraordinary features, it remains highly favored by individuals dealing with orthopedic issues.

The allure of the beach was undeniable, even on a blustery day. Despite the winds whipping through my hair, I found myself captivated by the stunning scenery. It was as if the ocean and sky were engaged in a dance, their movements synchronized in perfect harmony. The sound of the waves crashing against the shore was a soothing lullaby, and I couldn't help but feel a sense of peace wash over me. As I walked along the sandy shore, I couldn't help but hum the words to On the Beach by Chris Rea. It was the perfect soundtrack to this idyllic moment.

This charming little sandy beach is an ideal spot for families with children, as it offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of tourist crowds. The lack of visitors adds to the serenity of the location, allowing for a more intimate and relaxing experience. Additionally, the nearby taverna boasts a team of welcoming and accommodating staff who are fluent in English, making for a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience.

This beach located in the Pierria region, also known as Olympic region, offers excellent value for money when compared to other tourist destinations in Greece. Its proximity to Balkan countries, Hungary and Slovakia, as well as the completion of the Serbian and Northern Macedonian highways, make it easily accessible. The Greek part of the region is connected to Thessaloniki by a fast regional road and a highway. The beach stretches for 5 km from Paralia (Paralia Katerini) to Olympic Beach on the northern side of the Olympic Bay. Although the weather can be windy in the afternoon, it provides a refreshing and cooler atmosphere. Without wind, the air can become humid. The water is warm, particularly in August and the first weeks of September. However, stronger south winds (Meltemi) can create higher waves, so caution is advised, especially in the central part of the beach, where there is no rescue service. The water may become blurry due to the presence of sea grass, but it is clear of any pollution and has been awarded the Blue Flag of the FEE every year. The best water clarity and transparency can be experienced in the morning. Unlike the crowded city beaches, the central part of this long beach between Paralia and Olympic Beach is wide and half empty, even during the high season.

The warmest month during the year in this area is August, with the air temperature rising up to 28°C and the water temperature up to 28.6°C. The coldest month is January, with the air temperature dropping down to 7.6°C and the water temperature down to 14.7°C.
