Kalyvaki beach

This charming beach is a serene and tranquil oasis, with calm waters that are perfect for a relaxing dip. The nearby river adds to the picturesque setting, and there are plenty of delightful nooks and crannies to discover. You can rent a set of loungers and a parasol for a reasonable €5, and it's worth bringing your goggles or snorkeling gear to explore the underwater world. The beach even offers a water cooler with warm spots, which is a lovely touch. The sand is soft and inviting, and the beach is kept immaculately clean. If you're lucky enough to catch the donut vendor as he passes by, be sure to indulge in one of his freshly made treats - they're a steal at just £2.50, and come in a variety of delicious flavors. And to complete the perfect beach day, grab a cup of coffee from the nearby taverna and unwind in this idyllic setting.

This beach is a lovely sandy spot with amenities like showers, chaise lounges, and bars. It offers free parking and plenty of space. It's simply everything you could want in a beach! 😊

Peristeras Beach

The ratings for this beach are too high. The water is comparable to Episkopi beach, which is only a 5-minute drive away. The quality of the sunbeds and umbrellas is lower here. It's not bad, but it doesn't have that dreamy quality. Personally, I would suggest choosing Episkopi beach instead because the sunbeds are more comfortable and the umbrella is of better quality. You have to pay 5 euros for them, and I think the taverna Kyma is really nice.

This beach is absolutely fantastic! It boasts an abundance of space, allowing for a peaceful and secluded experience even on a busy Sunday. The sand is pristine and the parking is convenient. The water is crystal clear and the shore is shallow, making it the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun for a day. The only drawback is the lack of amenities available on site.

Gerani

This is an exquisite spot to indulge in a cup of coffee and take a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear sea water. Additionally, there is a charming tavern on site that serves delectable cuisine. The picturesque old church adds to the allure of the location, creating a serene and tranquil atmosphere. Moreover, a convenient shower with fresh water is situated in the center of the small rocky beach, making it a perfect place to unwind and recharge.

Wow, we stumbled upon a fantastic find! We spotted this cove from the road and couldn't resist exploring it. It's definitely one of the best beaches we've been to on the island. The snorkeling in the cove is absolutely amazing - I would say it's the best snorkeling I've ever experienced in Europe. Plus, the cafe offers complimentary sunbeds to their customers, and the food and drinks are top-notch. It's such a peaceful and calming spot that you could easily spend an entire day here.
